Special Statement: The Association investigation team will go through this submission, once the applicant does not match the information given, his/ her membership will be automatically INVALID.

永久会员与普通会员之入会基金一律为两百令吉，此外并无其他定 期捐款，也欢迎大家随缘乐捐。
The entrance fee shall be Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred (RM200.00) Only for life member or ordinary member. There should be no other periodical subscription.We also welcome any kind of donate.

备注：申请者必须随后到秘书处补上正本入会表格和文件。
Note：Applicant needs to be present at the Secretariat of Association to provide the Documents Required (Original and Copies).
